【摘要】 研究黄体中期单次应用小剂量米非司酮对子宫内膜发育、雌孕激素受体及生殖激素水平的影响。对正常生育妇女进行前瞻性、自身对照研究，在２个连续的月经周期中进行研究，包括一个对照周期和一个用药周期。在对照及服药周期于ＬＨ＋６～８ｄ取子宫内膜，同时抽取肘静脉血；在用药周期于取材前一天口服米非司酮５０ｍｇ。结果显示黄体中期一次性服用米非司酮５０ｍｇ不影响ＬＨ、Ｅ_２和Ｐ的分泌，但显著降低ＦＳＩＩ的分泌，并明显延迟子宫内膜的成熟，降低ＥＲ和ＰＲ在子宫内胰腺体的表达。提示黄体期应用较小剂量米非司酮对子宫内膜产生的影响可能足以阻止着床，这可能是米非司酮用于紧急避孕的机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is necessary for implantation that there exists synchronous development between blastocyst and endometrium. In the present study we investigated the effect of the antiprogestin mifepristone when administered during midluteal phase on the development of endometrium. the expression of ER and PR. the serum level of reproductive hormones Prospective, case-controlled study was conducted in normal fertile women during two consecutive menstrual cycles, a control and a treatment cycle. In the control and treatment cycles patients had endometrial sampling 6-8 days after LH surge. At the same time blood samples were taken. In the treatment cycle 50mg mifepristone was administered one day before sampling. Results:There was no change in LH, P and E₂ levels, but declined serum FSH level was seen after treatment with mifepristone. In the treatment cycle there was a retardation in the endometrium development and declined expression in ER and PR in glandular epithelium.Conclusions: Influences by mifepristone administered during mid luteal phase may be sufficient to prevent implantation. This may be one of the mechanism of mifepristone when used as an emergency contraceptive drug.更多还原
