【摘要】 目的 :检测女性糖尿病患者绝经前后血清骨钙素 (BGP)、部分性激素水平 ,并对二者关系进行分析。方法 :对 5 0例女性糖尿病患者与 46例正常女性对照组的血清 ,采用放射免疫测定法分别测定绝经前后血清 BGP、部分性激素。结果 :1绝经前期糖尿病患者的 BGP较对照组显著降低 ,绝经后 BGP与对照组间无差异 ;2无论绝经前后 ,糖尿病患者的雌二醇 (E2 )测定值均较同期对照组降低 ;泌乳素 (PRL )较对照组增高 ;而促卵泡生成激素 (FSH)、促黄体生成素(L H)于绝经后期高于绝经前期 ,但同期糖尿病患者与对照组间相比未见显著性差异 ;3BGP与血糖水平、Hb A1c、PRL 负相关 ,与 E2 成正相关 ,与 T(睾丸酮 )、FSH、L H间未见相关关系。结论 :女性糖尿病患者的骨钙素变化 ,不仅与糖代谢紊乱有关 ,同时受部分性激素变化的影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between BGP and folliclestimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL),estradiol(E 2) and testosterone(T) in female’s diabetic patients.Methods:Fifty hospitalized female patients with diabetes and forty six age ,sex matched healthy subjects were included in the present case control study.The serum levels of BGP,FSH,LH,PRL,E 2 and T were determined by radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results:In premenopausal group,the BGP level was significantly lower in diabetic patients,and in postmenopausal group,no difference was found between the patients and control subjects.E 2 was decreased in postmenopausal group and most obviously in diabetic group,but in control’s group,no difference was found in pre and postmenopausal subjects.Both in pre and postmenopausal groups,the serum PRL was increased in diabetic groups,no differences were found in serum FSH,LH and T.The level of BGP was negatively correlated with the blood glucose,HbA1c and PRL;positively correlated with E 2,not correlated with T,FSH,LH.Conclusion:The changes of BGP in female’s patients is not only related to the glucose levels,but also affected by the partial sex hormones.更多还原
