【摘要】 目的 :探讨一种内固定手术治疗粗隆间骨折 ,早期下地活动尽早恢复患者生活能力 ,减少并发症。方法 :用Richards钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折共 2 6例 ,其中 7例粉碎性骨折加用拉力螺钉。结果 :术后 2 6例均随诊 ,平均 2 .5年 ,骨折全部愈合 ,无断钉及脱出 ,无髋内翻畸形 ,疗效满意。结论 :本钉是一种治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的理想内固定物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore a internal fixcation in treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur to let the patients recover early and also decrease the complication.Methods:Among the 26 cases treated with Richards Nail,7 cases burst fractuer was add up with screw.Results:26 cases were followed up.The average period was 2.5 years.All the fractures healed up well.No serious complications were found in these patients. Postoperative outcome was satisfactory.Conclusion:The Richards Nail is one of the optimal implants for treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur at present.更多还原
