Basing on the concept of human capital,this paper classifies the human capital from eight aspects.Its classification includes the productive human capital,the researching and exploiting human capital and the managial human capital according to the sphere of its exacting function;the educational human capital and the cultivating human capital according to the source or method of its investment;the internal hunan capital and the external human capital according to the man′s nationality.
