【Abstract】 This paper reviews the history of CFB boiler technology development made by Shanghai Boiler Works Ltd. (SBWL), and introduces the technical characteristics of SIM type CFB boiler jointly developed by SBWL, Institute of Engineering Thermo physics of Chinese Academy of Science and Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. in recent years.
