分层燃烧技术机理分析与应用
Mechanism Analysis and Application of Coal Demixing and Burning Technology
【摘要】 分层燃烧技术是一种提高锅炉效率的有效措施,近来在山东得到了广泛的推广。本文从理论上分析了分层燃烧技术可提高锅炉效率和锅炉出力的基本原因。分层燃烧技术对改善反平衡测试中q4较大、尤其是炉渣含碳量较高而引起的锅炉效率较低和出力不足的情况更为有效。同时也指出,锅炉的改造需进行反平衡测试和专家论证,以找出锅炉效率低的根本原因,因而采取不同的措施,避免锅炉改造的盲目性。
【Abstract】 Coal demixing feeding and burning technology is an effective measure to raise the effciency of boiler, and has been widely in Shandong province. In this paper, the essential reasons that the Led coal demixing burning technique can raise the effciency and the load of boiler have been analyzed. This technology can be more effective in boiler rebuilding when the reasons of low efficiency and low load of boiler are caused by higher q4 and especially by higher carbon content in slag. It should be noted that heat loss test and expert inference are needed in order to find out the main reason of low efficency before rebuilding and different measures should be adopted according to the special running states of different boilers.
