燃煤催化剂
Catalyst for Coal Combustion
【摘要】 煤的催化燃烧存在氧传递和电子转移两种理论解释,催化剂能够增加煤的挥发分的拆出速率,缩短燃烧时间,提高煤的着火速度,加快焦碳的燃烧速度,并具有脱硫脱氮作用。对于相同的阴离子,不同阳离子的催化活性顺序是Cs>Rb>K>Na>Ba>Li>Sr>Ca>Mg>Be,对于相同的阳离子,不同阴离子的催化活性顺序是OH->CO2-3>CL->SO2-4。灰是内存催化剂。外加催化剂的添加方法严重地影响催化效果。
【Abstract】 There exist two theories of the action of a catlyst of coal burning. the theories of Oxygentransfer and of Electron - transfer. According to these theories, the catalyst can enhance the rate of production of volatiles from coal, decrease buming temperature, increase ignition speed of coal and burning rate of coke. It also has some effects in desulphurizing and denitrogenation. With fixed amounts and the same anion, the order of activity of different cations is Cs> Rb> K > Na> Ba >Li >Sr >Ca> Mg> Be.For the same cation, the order of catalytic activity of different anions is OH-> Co2-3> CL-> SO2-4. The ash in coal is an internal catalyst. The mode of external catalyst seriously affects catalytic effect.
