【摘要】 现行对事故成因的研究分析存在一定的不足 ,主要表现为在一定程度上夸大了人为因素的影响而忽略了道路因素的作用。文中对这一问题进行了深入的探讨 ,指出道路因素─—而不是通常认为的人为失误或错误是影响交通安全的最深层次的原因。以上面的研究为基础 ,给出了规范中没有涉及的道路规划设计中可以提高交通安全的一些建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 It′s the precondition of control road traffic accidents to study the cause of them At the present time there are still many limitations in the study both domestic and abroad, the main phenomena is to magnify the factitious effects while neglect the effects of road’s conditions This problem is studied in depth in this paper, and it′s indicated that the road conditions——not the driver′s errors are the main cause of traffic accidents Based on the study conclusion, some suggestions to enhance the safety of road traffic on the programming and design of road are given更多还原
