导电聚苯胺的微乳液聚合
The study on synthesis of conducting polyaniline with microemulsion polymerization
【摘要】 采用微乳液聚合方法合成导电聚苯胺 (PAn)。通过对配方和工艺条件进行筛选 ,在温度为 1 5℃、苯胺 0 1mol/L、 (NH4 ) 2 S2 O80 1 2mol/L、SA有机酸 0 2 6mol/L的条件下 ,合成了电导率达 9 1S/cm的聚苯胺。与传统乳液聚合相比 ,微乳液聚合法可大大缩短聚合时间 ( 3h) ,所得产物的电导率和产率优于采用传统乳液聚合法合成的聚苯胺。并用红外光谱对其结构进行了研究。
【Abstract】 The conducting polyaniline with 9 1 S/cm of conductivity has been obtained by microemulsion polymerization. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows:aniline 0 1 mol/L, (NH 4) 2S 2O 8 0 12 mol/L,SA 0 26 mol/L at 15 ℃. The polymerization can short the time of the emulsion polymerization(3 h). The conductivity and yield of the polyanilne are superior to those by using the other methods. The structcre of the polyaniline has been studied and investigated by FT-IR.
