【Abstract】 It is concluded by analyzing that the knowledge and information have great effect on modern manufacturing and it is one of the greatest problem for modern manufacturing that use the knowledge and information efficiently. By analyzing the rarity of knowledge and information,the viewpoint is put forward that the problem in facing the economic society is not only the allocation of materiality resources but the allocation of decision right of allocation materiality resource and special knowledge and information.
