【Abstract】 During Ming and Qing Dynasty,there are all kinds of collisions between China and western culture,Such as “western culture being spread to China”,and “China culture to west”.This paper is about how the westerners absorbed the quintessence from the Chinese governmental system at that time. It is advantageous for them to set up mordern governmental system.更多还原
