LY12铝合金阳极氧化稀土后处理的研究
Study of Rare Earth Sealing Anodizd LY12 alloy
【摘要】 研究了LY12铝合金阳极氧化稀土后处理工艺。利用电化学方法评价了氧化膜的耐腐蚀性能 ,稀土后处理氧化膜的耐蚀性与铬酸盐封闭阳极氧化膜具有可比性。利用X射线衍射分析 (XRD)了氧化膜的结构 ,结果表明氧化膜为非晶态。X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析证明氧化膜表面的主要成分是铈的氢氧化物
【Abstract】 Technological process of rare earth sealing anodized LY12 alloy is researched in this paper. Corrosion resistance of film is examined by electrochemical method. The results show that rare earth sealing anodized film is comparable to that of chromate sealing anodized film. X ray diffraction (XRD) analysis reveals that the film is amorphous structure. The composition of the film is studied by X ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results show that rare earth sealing anodized film consists of cerium hydroxide.
