气/液界面上磷脂和蛋白质复合膜的特性
The Isotherm Characterization of the Lipid and Protein Complex Film at the Air/Liquid Interface
【摘要】 通过分析比较磷脂单分子层膜、蛋白质单分子层膜及磷脂 /蛋白质单分子层复合膜在压缩过程中的表面压和面积的关系 ,研究磷脂和蛋白质分子在界面上的相互作用与界面上蛋白质分子构象变化
【Abstract】 The interaction between the phospholipid(DSPC, DPPC, DMPC)and the protein(β Lactoglobulin, β Casein), as well as the conformation change of the protein, in the complex film at the air/liquid interface was investigated with the L B film technique during the compression process The results were compared with the one of the phospholipid monolayer or the protein monolayer This is helpful for the understanding and the design of the complex film which may be useful in the biomedical field
