模糊神经网络在精密三轴转台机械台体故障诊断中的应用研究
Application of Fuzzy Neural Networks in the Fault Diagnosis of Precision Three-axis Turntable Mechanical Bed
【摘要】 针对三轴转台机械台体故障 ,提出一种基于模糊神经网络的故障诊断方法 ,给出模糊神经网络的结构和学习算法 ,并阐述了模糊故障诊断原理和故障判别方法将振动信号和电流噪声信号结合用于机械台体的故障诊断。测试结果表明 ,该方法是有效的。
【Abstract】 A fault diagnosis method based on fuzzy neural networks is proposed for a three-axis turntable mechanical bed, The structure and learni n g algorithm of the fuzzy neural networks are presented, Also the theory of fuzzy fault diagnosis and the fault discriminance are discussed. Meanwhile a method i ntegrated vibration signals and current noise signals is applied in the fault di agnosis of the mechanical bed. Testing results show that this method is effectiv e.
