【Abstract】 Cooperative Innovation ,which is an important mode of Technological Innovation and a new research area,is attracting more and more scholars and industrialists. Since the 1990’s, research concerning cooperative innovation has appeared enormously in domestic and abroad .This Paper reviews the research progress on cooperative innovation in China and abroad.It dicusses the conception,motive,advantages and economic analysis of cooperative innovation,conflict and technology learning during the process of cooperative innovation and the relationship between cooperative innovation and core competence.In this paper,the authors build up a theoretical framework for the research of cooperative innovation and propose some subjects which can be further researched.更多还原
