植物样品中盐分离子的几种分析方法比较
Comparison of Analyse Methods on Salt Contents of Plant
【摘要】 采用三酸混合消化法及沸水提取法制备待测液 ,用化学滴定法、等离子光谱法、离子色谱法对四种植物中的K+、Na+、Ca2 +、Mg2 +四种阳离子和Cl- 、SO2 -4 两种阴离子的含量进行分析比较。我们的结果表明 :采用酸解法和沸水提取法制备待测液对于植物样品中的K+、Na+、Mg2 +三种阳离子的测定结果没有显著差异 ;但采用沸水提取法测得的Ca2 +的含量明显小于酸解法制备待测液。采用化学滴定法、等离子光谱法、离子色谱法对四种植物中的K+、Na+、Ca2 +、Mg2 +四种阳离子和Cl- 、SO2 -4 两种阴离子的含量的测定结果均未显示明显的差异。
【Abstract】 This paper studied analyse methods on salt contents of plant. At first, preparation of solution for analysis: The two kinds of solution are mixed acid digestion and boiled water extraction. And then, analyse the Cation and Anion of the solution by chemical titration, Dx-100 ion chromatography and IRIS-ICP, such as K +、Na +、Ca 2+ 、Mg 2+ 、Cl -、SO 2- 4. Finally, we draw a conclusion by comparison of analyse datum: different analyse methods and analyse means make no obviously difference on contents of K +、Na + and Mg 2+ . The contents of Ca 2+ in the water extraction is lower than in the acid digestion.
