缓释长效剂的研制及其应用

【摘要】 高浓度、专用、长效、复混肥是国际化肥研究与应用的主要趋势 ,也是我国肥料发展的必然趋势。依据这一趋势而研制的缓释长效剂 ,我们研制出了用于生产各类粮食作物和经济作物所需的专用长效复合 (混 )肥。该制剂的特点是能使各类专用肥的肥效期延长至 110— 16 0d ,肥料利用率提高 2 0 %以上 ,与同等价格或同等养分含量的普通化肥相比 ,可使各类作物增产2 0 %以上 ,在相同产量情况下可以节省用肥 2 0 %以上。该制剂已在多家专用化肥厂投产使用 ,所生产的各类专用长效复合 (混 )肥已在新疆、甘肃等省区大面积推广应用 ,两年来累计推广面积达数千公顷。推广施用专用长效复合 (混 )肥的作物有棉花、小麦、玉米、甜菜、花生、土豆、西红柿、江豆、茄子等。

【Abstract】 High density, special-used and long effective compound fertilizer is the main trend of international fertilizer research and application as well as the state fertilizer development. Depending on the slowly-released long effective preparation, the special-used long effective compound fertilizer which needs for grain and industrial crops production has been developed up. As an advantage of the preparation, the effective period of different sorts of special-used fertilizer could be delayed to 110-160d, the fertilizer utilization ratio increased by 20%. It increased the crops production over 20% compared with the common fertilizer of same price and nutrient, and saved the fertilizer over 20% under the conditions of same yield. The preparation has being in production in several special-used fertilizer factories, the different sorts of special-used long effective compound fertilizer, produced by the factories, have been popularized and applied widely in Xinjiang and Gansu Provinces in recent two years, reaches several thousands hectares. The crops have been applied with the special-used long effective compound fertilizer, including cotton, wheat, corn, beet, peanut, potato, tomato, cowpea, aubergine etc.
