三工河流域水量转换特征及水资源利用

【摘要】 三工河流域从源头至尾闾流经了不同的地质单元 ,在河流的不同地段上 ,水资源表现形式各不相同 ,或由地下水补给地表水 ,或由地表水补给地下水。本文分析了不同地段上的水量转化特征 ,并在此基础上探讨了该区水资源利用现状、存在的问题 ,提出了有效的对策。

【Abstract】 The obvious characteristics of rivers in arid region are runoff forming in mountain and disappearing in plain. The regularities of water interaction in stream forming area and disappearing area are quite different. In stream forming area, groundwater flows out to supply surface water. In stream loss area, surface water seeps into ground besides a small part of surface water is consumed by evaporation. At the preimountain plain, when the interaction of surface water-groundwater-surface water finishes, it may begin the second interaction if there is a structural basin in the lower reaches of rivers. However, water becomes less and less after the process of interaction. Because the majority of groundwater stems from interaction of surface water, it is impossible that the limited surface water from a great deal of ground water. And there exists interaction and intereffection between the surface water and groundwater. But whenever, it is impossible that the sum of surface water and groundwater surpass the total quantity of the water resource. But groundwater level began to descend as a result of lots of pumping in Sangong River Valley. If not taking effective steps to control the mining of groundwater, there will quicken the decreasing of water quantity and the deteriorating of water quality. From the sustainable development point of view, we must take some measures to balance the revenue and expenditure of water before it is destroyed thoroughly.
