湿式消解法对冷原子吸收测定生物样品中汞产生的干扰
DISTURBANCE CAUSED BY WET DIGESTION IN THE DETERMINATION OF MERCURY USING COLD ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROPHOTOMETRY
【摘要】 用不同的湿式消解法对多种生物样品进行消解测定 ,分析了实验的干扰因素 ,并推荐了比较适宜的消解方法。
【Abstract】 High sensitive determination of total mercury-cold atomic absorption spectrophotometry is widely applied,its accuracy and precision mainly depend on digestion preprocessing of biological sample.The key to the experiment is selecting proper digestion means ,otherwise it will bring disturbance to the result of measurement.In this article ,we use different wet digestion to digest several sorts of biological samples to analyze the disturbance to the experiment and recommend the more reasonable method.
