神经生长因子样免疫反应在鸡胚脊髓发育期的配布

【摘要】 探讨神经生长因子 (NGF)对脊髓和背根节 (DRG)发育的影响。取 Hamburger 30期和 40期鸡胚腰段脊髓及 DRG。制作 2 0μm厚冰冻切片。用 2 .5 S NGF抗体进行 ABC免疫组化染色 ,观察 NGF样免疫阳性反应 (NGF- IR)在两时相脊髓和 DRG的配布。结果在 30期 ,强 NGF- IR呈现在白质 ,且腹侧较强。灰质未见阳性细胞。 40期时 ,除白质显 NGF- IR和背侧白质 NGF- IR增强外 ,脊髓灰质和 DRG内亦出现了一些 NGF阳性细胞 ,特别是在背角细胞可见强 NGF- IR。结果表明NGF与脊髓和 DRG的发育有关。

【Abstract】 To explore the role of nerve growth factor (NGF) during development of spinal cord and dorsal root ganglion (DRG). The lumbar spinal cord and DRG from Hamburger stage 30 and 40 embryonic chicken were used to make 20μm thick frozen sections and were immunostained with 2.5s NGF antibody (Sigma) by free floating technique. The ABC kit was used and the sections were stained with brown in color. The positive immunoreactivity distribution of NGF (NGF IR) was observed both in spinal cord and DRG. The results showed that at stage 30, intensive NGF IR was mainly distributed in white matter, especially, in ventrol zone. There were few positive NGF IR neurons in DRG. However, at stage 40, besides NGF IR appearing in white matter and increasing in dorsal zone, some NGF positive neurons were also seen in the grey matter and DRG. Particularly, intensive NGF IR was shown in dorsal horn cells. These results indicate that NGF may be related to the development of spinal cord and DRG.\;
