【摘要】 雄性健康大白鼠 1 4只 ,2只为正常对照 ,1 2只摘除双侧睾丸 ,在电镜下观察 :大鼠胰岛数目显著减少。胰岛β细胞的β颗粒数目也减少 ,β颗粒的致密核心皱缩、变小呈乾枯状态。线粒体畸形变 ,呈分叉状 ;内质网数目减少。β细胞与毛细血管之间亮区没有β颗粒。动物体重显著增加更多还原

【Abstract】 adult male rats were divided into 2 groups: 2 were in normal control group, 12 had bilateral testec tomy. The results showed that there were ultrastructural changes: the number of pancreatic islet was markedly decreased in 14 days after testectomy, so were the β granulles of pancreatie β cells. The dense granulles became small and dry in β granulles. Mitochondria were in abnormality and divergent form. The number of endoplasmic reticulum was decreased. β granules were absent in the space between blood capillaries and β cells. The rat obviously gained weight 14 days after testectomy.更多还原
