【Abstract】 Jiangsu Province lies in the downstream area of the Huaihe River Basin.The water system is very complicated and the water resources are unevenly distributed. To make full use of the water resources in an optimal manner according to its characteristics, the Model of Huaihe River Basin on water resources programming is developed. Using the aggregating disassembling harmonizing technique, the water resources programming of different standard years, such as the standard year of the Huaihe River Basin in Jiangsu Province, and the years of 2000 and 2010, is analysed in this paper.更多还原
