胸腰椎轴向旋转测定及其椎弓根钻钉技术研究
Measurement of Axial Rotation of Thoracolumbar Spine and the Drilling’s Technology of Pedicle Screw
【摘要】 目的 研究胸腰椎骨折上下椎旋转时 ,如何提高椎弓根螺钉的钻钉技术。方法 对 45具T9~L3 骨骼标本分别在 0°、5°、 10°、 15°、 2 0°、 2 5°状态下摄前后位X线片 ,测量二椎弓根内侧下垂线至棘突的垂直距离及二椎体下角下垂线至棘突的垂直距离 ,经统计学及计算机曲线处理比较。结果 二椎弓根内侧下垂线至棘突的垂直距离之比能较正确地反应旋转角度 ,二者之间存在着一定的函数关系。结论 当骨折上下椎不同旋转时 ,进钉方向必需相应改变 ,应为旋转角度加或减平均水平角。
【Abstract】 Objective To improve the pedicle screw drillings techology when the fractures upper and lower vertebras rotated Methods The posteroanterior X-ray photograph of 45 cadaver specimens of the thoracolumbar spine from T 9 to L 3 had been taken at the rotated angle of 0,5,10,15,20 and 25 degrees The vertical distances from the spinous process to the medial droop line of both pedicles and from the spinous process to the droop line of both vertebrals lowest angles had been measured Results The proportion of the distances from the spinous process to the medial droop line of both pedicles can be reflect the angle of rotatiom Conclusion Authors consider that when the fractures upper and lower vertebras were rotated,the pedicle screws entry angles must be changed The angles are equal to the rotated angle plus or minus average horizontal angle
