【摘要】 采用多步乳液聚合方法合成多层核壳结构的 ACR(PBA/ PS/ PMMA)树脂。在 ACR分子设计指导下 ,研究了单体比例、投料方式和乳液粒子大小及分布对 ACR性能的影响 ,结果表明 ,合理的单体比例 ,滴加法加入单体、狭窄的粒子尺寸分布 ,可获得具有较高冲击强度和透明性 ,又能改善 PVC加工流动性能的 ACR树脂
【Abstract】 ACR(PBA/PSt/PMMA) resin with multi layer core shell construction was synthesized by multi stage emulsion polymerization. By the principle of molecule design the influence of monomer rate, addition method, particles size and size distribution of ACR latex for properties of ACR resin were investigated. It is found that the right monomer rate, semibatch and gradient addition method and narrow size distribution of particles can make the ACR resin good modifier for PVC, the PVC/ACR blends have a higher impact resistance and transparency, a shorter gelatination time.
