乙丙三元胶磺酸型离聚物作为缓释化肥包膜材料的应用研究

【摘要】 用乙丙三元胶 (EPDM)的磺酸型离聚物作为包膜材料 ,研究了其对尿素的缓释作用 ,考察了离聚物的合成条件以及环境温度对尿素释放速率的影响。对 EPDM磺酸型离聚物的缓释作用的研究表明 ,释放速率与离子簇的数目、尺寸以及环境温度成正比 ,而与包膜厚度成反比。二价锌反离子的引入使释放速率明显降低。释放速率与环境温度的关系基本符合阿累尼乌斯经验式

【Abstract】 Using sulfonated EPDM ionomer as coating material for controlled release of urea, a primary research on some factors that influence the controlled release rate has been completed. It was found that the release rate of urea packaged in the sulfonated EPDM ionomer increases with the increasing of the amount and size of ionic cluster and environmental temperature, and decreases with the increasing of coating thickness. It was also found that the release rate decreases markedly when the counter ion Na + is replaced by Zn 2+ , and the releasing kinetics is in some way consistent with the Arrhenius equation.
