甲壳胺与Zn(Ⅱ)的配位反应及其对结晶性能影响的研究
A STUDY OF COORDINATION REACTION BETWEEN CHITOSAN AND Zn(Ⅱ) AND ITS EFFECT ON CRYSTALLINITY OF CHITOSAN
【摘要】 研究了不同反应条件下甲壳胺 (CTS)与 Zn( )的配位反应。用红外、紫外可见光谱、X衍射和 DSC等手段分析探讨了各种反应条件对其配位反应的影响。结果表明 ,CTS分子中的 - NH2 、- NHCO-和 - OH与 Zn( )进行了配位。 CTS- Zn( )配合物中锌含量越高 ,其结晶性越强 ,新化学键的引入加快了 CTS的溶解速度。
【Abstract】 The coordination between chitosan(CTS) and Zn(Ⅱ) was studied in different reaction conditions. The effect of coordination of CTS and Zn(Ⅱ) was analysed and discussed by FT IR, UV visible spectrum, X ray and DSC. The results show that -NH 2, -NHCO- and -OH of CTS molecule is coordinated to Zn(Ⅱ) and formed complexes enhance the solubility of CTS in acdic solution although it increases the crystallinity of CTS.
