有机硅改性丙烯酸酯聚合物研究进展

【摘要】 从共混和共聚两个方面综述了有机硅改性丙烯酸酯聚合物的制备方法 ,指出乳液聚合法是目前制备该类材料最重要的手段。介绍了国际上几个大公司在该领域研究开发方面的最新进展 ,简要说明了该类材料在塑料、橡胶、涂料和粘合剂等方面的应用。

【Abstract】 Polysiloxanes usually have low surface tension, low glass transition temperature, high hydrophilicity and good heat resistance. In contrast, polyacrylates have poor water repellency owing to their hydrophilicity, and their mechanical properties are often temperature dependent. Interest has been increased in the combination of polyacrylates with polysiloxans during the past decades in order to prepare polymer materials with improved rformance, and these materials have been widely used in many industrial fields such as rubber, plastic, coating, adhesive etc. In this paper, preparation methods of these composite polymers such as blending method, mass polymerization, solusion polymerization and emulsion polymerization were presented, and seeded emulsion polymerization method was emphasized. Main applications of these composite materials with various components or structures were also given. The advanced developments of these materials were reviewed.
