掺杂聚苯胺吸波材料的研究
STUDIES ON MICROWAVE ABSORPTION PROPERTIES OF DOPED POLYANILINE
【摘要】 采用 3cm波导式测量线在 8~ 1 4GHz频率范围内 ,用多点拟合的实验和计算方法对掺杂聚苯胺的微波吸收特性及参量进行了研究。发现 :浓 H2 SO4 掺杂本征态聚苯胺 ( PAn)所合成材料的电损耗很小、磁损耗较大 (相对于盐酸聚苯胺而言 ) ,且不利于对微波的吸收 ;Fe Cl3掺杂浓 H2 SO4 - PAn材料可合成磁损耗较高、基本上有利于吸收微波的材料 ;更令人注意的是 ,利用 HCl- PAn具有较大的电损耗 ,浓 H2 SO4 - PAn- Fe Cl3材料具有较大的磁损耗这一特点 ,我们将它们按一定的比例混合 ,可以合成出平均衰减为 1 3.37d B、最大衰减为 2 6.70 d B、密度为 0 .7g/cm3、频宽为 1 0 .34~ 1 4GHz的很有利于吸收微波的材料。
【Abstract】 The microwave absorption properties of doped polyaniline were studied by use of 3 cm waveguide line in the frequency range of 8~14 GHz. The results show that HCl PAn′s electric loss is very high and that strong H 2SO 4 PAn FeCl 3′s magnetic loss is very high. Moreover, It is interesting in finding that the compound materials of HCl PAn and strong H 2SO 4 PAn FeCl 3 show good microwave absorption with 13.37 dB average reflection reduction in the range of 10.34~14 GHz and 26.70 dB peak value. This result is excellent. The aim of my work is to get microwave absorption materials with good electric magnetic properties, that is to say, get good dielectric, permeability and microwave absorption. This materials can be used in aviation.
