一种新型甲基芳杂环聚醚酮的合成及表征
SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF A NOVEL POLY(ETHER ETHER KETONE)
【摘要】 以自制的新型双酚单体 4- ( 2 -甲基 - 4-羟基苯基 )二氮杂萘与 4,4′-二氟二苯酮反应合成了一种新型聚芳醚酮 ,对其聚合条件作了初步探讨 ;并利用红外光谱、DSC对双酚单体和聚合物的结构、玻璃化转变温度进行了测试 ,该聚合物具有较高的玻璃化转变温度 ,Tg=2 4 7.95℃。
【Abstract】 A new monomer,1,4 (2 methyl 4 hydroxy phenyl) 2,3 phthalazion 1 one, was successfully prepared and used to synthesize a novel high performance engineering plastics with 4,4′ diflourodiphenylketone in the presence of anhydrous carbonate(M 2CO 3) in an aprotic solvent. The IR spectra of the new monomer and the novel polymer indicate the reaction has taken place as expected. The inherent viscosity of the polymer is over 0.44×10 2 mL/g and the DSC shows its glass transition temperature is 247.95 ℃. The polymer is soluble in solvents such as chloroform, tetrachloroethane, NMP, etc.and it can easily be cast into flexible, yellow and transparent film.
