聚氯乙烯树脂接枝碱性催化剂的合成及性质研究
STUDIES ON SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF POLYVINYL CHLORIDE BOUND ALKALINOUS CATALYST
【摘要】 在无水 THF及 Na H存在下 ,将聚氯乙烯 ( PVC)树脂与 N-甲氨基吡啶反应 ,制成聚氯乙烯支载的 N-烷基 - N-甲基氨基吡啶线状高分子催化剂。与其它高聚物支载的 DMAP催化剂相比 ,该催化剂可溶于有机溶剂 ,使醇的酰化反应近似为均相反应 ,反应毕后 ,只要向体系内加入水 ,催化剂可以固体状态与反应液分离 ,处理后可循环使用。通过芳樟醇的乙酰化反应 ,对其催化活性进行研究 ,其较好的反应条件是 :芳樟醇 0 .1 mol,乙酐 0 .1 5mol,催化剂 2g,反应时间 2 0 h,反应温度 55℃ ,醇的转化率 99% ,芳樟酯的收率 57%。
【Abstract】 A linear polymer catalyst polyvinyl chloride bound N alkyl N methyl aminopyridine was synthesized by polyvinyl chloride resins reacting with N methylaminopyridine in THF and NaH. Compared to other polymer bound dimethylamino pyridine, the new synthesized catalyst can be dissovled in organic reaction solution, therefore acetylation of alcohols is homogeneous reaction, after the reaction was finished, the catalyst can be isolated from organic reaction solution by adding water and reused. The active of the catalyst was studied by acetylation of linalool. A reaction condition is: linalool 0.1 mol, acetic anhydride 0.15 mol. catalyst 2 g, reaction time 20 h, reaction temperature 55~60 ℃, transforming ratio of linalool is above 99%, linalyl acetate is about 57%.
