MBS增韧PVC的脆韧转变

【摘要】 以 MBS增韧硬质 PVC,改变 MBS的填充量 ,得到材料的脆韧转变点 ,得到发生脆韧转变时分散相的填充份数和分散粒径 ,计算出材料的临界断裂特征长度。

【Abstract】 It was studied that rigid PVC was toughed by MBS. The amount of added MBS was adjusted and the mechanical properties were tested to realize the brittle ductile transition of PVC. The critical addition fraction of MBS and the average diameter of MBS particles were obtained, and the critical characteristic ligament at break was calculated based on these datas. A new criterion for the brittle ductile transition r c/ V 2 fc was used, which is relative to critical characteristic ligament of polymer materials and funded a constant in a certain blend of polymers. The results show that r c/ V 2 fc is 9.92 and r y/ V 2 fc is 8.02 at the point of PVC MBS brittle ductile transition.
