聚合物固载引发剂的合成
SYNTHESIS OF POLYMER IMMOBILIZED INITIATOR
【摘要】 以交联聚苯乙烯为母体 ,经过大分子化学反应 ,在聚合物侧基苯环上引入了具有引发聚合活性的过氧酰基(聚合物固载引发剂 )。研究了各种条件对过氧酰基含量的影响。并研究了此引发剂引发丙烯酸甲酯的聚合反应。结果证明 ,当交联度较小时 ,固载引发剂具有较好的引发活性。
【Abstract】 Using crosslinked polystyrene as parent polymer, benzoyl peroxide groups were introduced onto the backbone of the polymer via a series of reactions. The influences of reaction conditions and crosslinking degree on the content of benzoyl peroxide groups were studied. The initation activity of the polymer immobilized initiator was investigated through the polymerization of methyl acrylate. The results show that when the crosslinking degree of the parent polymer is very low(1%), the polymer immobilized initiator has good initiation ability. The efficiency of graft polymerization is 24.8 g/g.
