烟道SO2浓度的紫外差分吸收光谱法测量研究
SO2 Measurement of Flue with UV Differential Optic al Absorption Spectroscopy
【摘要】 本文研究了烟道 SO2 浓度的紫外差分吸收测量方法 ,采用氘灯作光源 ,旋转式光栅单色仪 ,用光电倍增管做探测器 ;对实际测量数据的分析表明 ,方法可精确测量烟道 SO2 的浓度 ,由于采用了差分吸收测量 ,烟道中的其它气体成份和光源强度随时间的慢变化对测量结果和精度影响可以忽略。
【Abstract】 SO 2 concentraiton measurement of fl ue was studied with UV differential optical absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) in th is paper.The system consisted of a broadband deuterium lamp,a rotating dispersiv e grating and a photomultiplier tube as a detector.The analyses of the experiment al data indicates that the SO 2 concentration of flue can be accurately measur ed with this method.Other gas components in flue than SO 2 can be separated from their different absorption spectra.The slow variations in the spectral int ensty of the light source or in the transmission of the optical system are also eliminated.
