光抽运多光子激光的腔内和输出光子噪声压缩
Intracavity and Output Squeezing of Photon Noise in Driven Multi photon Lasers
【摘要】 采用 Scully- L amb量子理论 ,计算了受驱动多光子激光的 Mandel Q因子和输出噪声谱。对于腔内噪声 ,多光子激光与单光子一样 ,Mandel Q因子均可达到 - 1/ 2 ,对应 5 0 %的压缩。但是对于腔外噪声 ,k光子激光的输出噪声谱只能达到 k/ (k+1) ,随 k的增加而增加。这标志着单光子、双光子、三光子和四光子激光的输出压缩程度依次为 5 0 %、33%、2 5 %和 2 0 %。
【Abstract】 Mandel Q pa ra meter and output noise spectrum of multiphoton lasers are calculated via Scully -Lamb theory.It is shown that the muliphoton lasers may exhibit intracavity squ eezing with Mandel Q parameter of Q=- 1/2,which is the same for the one-photon laser and whic h corresponds to 50 % intracavity squeezing.However,output noise spectrum is k/(k+1) for k photon laser,which increases with growing k and which indicates that only 50 %,33 %,25 % and 20 % output squeezings are achieved for one-,two-,three- and four- photon lasers,respectively.
