【摘要】 本文利用解析和数值分析的方法分析了线性光纤光栅消啁啾的方法 ,给出光纤光栅参数的理论值 ;分析了耦合系数按反高斯函数变化的啁啾光纤光栅的色散 ,并利用它对增益开关分布反馈半导体激光器的输出脉冲进行消啁啾。数值分析和理论分析基本一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 WT5”BZ]:The use of a linearly chirped grating for chirp elimination is numerically and theoretically discussed.The characteristics of the chirped grating with inverse gaussian coupling profile are analyzed.The chirped grating is used to eliminate the chirp of the DFB laser.The theoretical results are in agreement with the numerical analysis.
