染料掺杂聚合物波导薄膜中的放大自发发射
Amplified Spontaneous Emission in the Polymer Film Doped with Dye DCM
【摘要】 利用简单的平板波导结构 ,在掺有有机小分子激光染料 DCM的聚苯乙烯 (PS)薄膜中 ,采用 Nd:YAG的三倍频激光束作泵浦源 ,在细条状增益区内 ,在脉冲激发能量为 12μJ时 ,发生了增益窄化现象 ,在以 5 80 nm为中心处出现了光谱半高全宽 (FWHM)只有 2 4nm的放大自发发射峰。
【Abstract】 WT5”BZ]:By simple planar wave guide structure,in th blend film of polystyrene (PS) doped with laser dye DCM,gain narrowing was obasrved.A Nd:YAG laser is used as the pump source.At the excitation energy of 12 μJ the FWHM (full width at half maximum) of the spectrum reduces to 24 mm with the peak centered at 580 nm.The dramatic collapse of the spectrum is due to the amplified spontaneous emission occurred in the gain area of the DCM/PS film.
