带有随机相位反射镜的光腔模式
The Modes of Resonators with Random Phase Mirror
【摘要】 运用沃尔夫的相干模式理论对带有随机相位反射镜的二维平行平面光学谐振腔的模式作了数值模拟。结果表明带有随机相位反射镜的光腔较普通的同类光腔模式有较大改善 :以带有随机相位的反射镜为输出镜 ,可以得到一空间光滑的光束 ;否则 ,输出一类平顶光束
【Abstract】 WT5”BZ]:The modes of two dimensional plane parallel resonators with random phase mirror are calculated by modal theory of coherence developed by E.Wolf.The results show that the modes of resonators with random phase mirror have some advantages compared with conventional resonators.If the random phase mirror is selected as output mirror,a spatial smooth beam is obtained;Otherwise,an approximate flat top beam is obtained.
