【摘要】 目的 :探索常年性变应性鼻炎治疗的新方法。方法 :选择各种非手术疗法不佳的常年性变应性鼻炎患者 36例为手术组 (6例伴有支气管哮喘 ) ,病程 1.5～ 2 0 a,局麻下行双侧蝶腭、筛前神经电灼加下鼻甲部分切除 ;另选 31例未行该手术者作为对照组。结果 :手术近期 (1月 )显效率达 10 0 % (36 / 36 ) ,随访 1a显效 91.7% (33/ 36 ) ,有效率 8.3% (4/ 36 ) ,随访 2 a显效率 88.9% (32 / 36 ) ,有效率 11.1% (4/ 36 ) ,5例伴哮喘者未见发作。与对照组比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :蝶腭、筛前神经电灼加下鼻部分切除的新方法为治疗常年性变应性鼻炎行之有效的方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:[WT5”BZ]To find a new therapy for perennial allergic rhinitis.Methods:36 cases of perennial allergic rhinitis patients who had received nonsurgical treatment with poor response were selected.Dual nerve sphenopalatini and nerve ethmoidalis anterior were fulgurated and part of concha nasalis inferior was removed under local anaesthesia.Results:It was found in the follow up for one year that all cases cured in one month,91.7% of cases has obvious respouse,8.3% has response;In 2 year follow up,88.9% of cases has obvious response,11.1% has response.There was no more attacks in 5 cases with asthma.No complication were found in the operation group.Conclusion:Fulguration of nerve sphenopalatini and ethmiodalis anterior plus partial removal of concha nasalis inferior is one of the effective method for treating perennial allergic rhinitis.更多还原
