【摘要】 目的 :观察体外培养不同癌细胞系的一氧化氮生 (NO)成量。方法 :用 Griess试剂测定癌细胞系经 2 4h培养后一氧化氮的生成量。结果 :不同癌细胞的 NO产量不同 ,其中 HL - 6 0细胞的产量最高 ,K 5 6 2细胞次之 ,Hela细胞产量最低。结论 :NO的产量与癌细胞的种类、分化程度可能有一定关系更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the levels of nitric oxide production from four tumor cell lines in vitro Methods:The amount of nitric oxide produced by tumor cell lines after 24 hours culture was determined by Griess method Results:Nitric oxide production was different in four tumor cell lines Yields of nitric oxide was the highest in HL 60 cells,followed by that of the K562 cells,and that of Hela cells was the lowset one Conclusion:Production of nitric oxide may be related to the kinds of tumor cell lines and the degree of their differentiation更多还原
