【摘要】 目的 :评价磁共振胆胰管成像 ( MRCP)在胆囊切除术后问题 ( PCP)病因诊断中的价值。方法 :采用快速自旋回波水成像技术对 33例 PCP病人进行 MRCP检查 ,并根据手术及病理情况评估其诊断符合率。结果 :33例病人均获得了满意的 MRCP图像 ,且无特殊异常反应 ,在 2 7例胆胰相关病因的诊断中 ,MR-CP的诊断符合率为 88.9% ( 2 4/ 2 7) ;而在 6例非胆胰相关病因的诊断中 ,其诊断符合率为 0。结论 :MRCP对PCP病人胆胰相关病因的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要价值 ,它不仅为临床提供了丰富的形态学信息 ,还能指导外科手术和介入性治疗方法的实施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the value of MR cholangiopancreatogaphy( MRCP) in the diagnosis of postcholecystecom y problems( PCP) .Methods:33patients suffering from PCP were examined by MRCP. The diagnostic rate of MRCP was judged by the results of laparotomy and pathological examination.Results: The diagnostic positive rate of MRCP was88.9% ( 2 4/ 2 7) in the relative disease of pancreas or bile ductand that for the nonrelative disease of pancreas or bile ductwas zero.Conclusion:MRCP is a noninvasive and ef- fective method for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of PCP.更多还原
