示波极谱法测定铅锌矿中的砷
Determination of arsenic in lead-zinc ore by oscillometric polarogram
【摘要】 在含有 0 .4 2 mol/ L盐酸、5.84× 10 -4 mol/ L钼酸铵、3.60× 10 -4 mol/ L酒石酸锑钾、3.4 5× 10 -3 mol/ L抗坏血酸和 10 %丙酮的底液中加入 As( ) ,形成砷锑钼三元杂多酸 ,在单扫描示波极谱仪上产生一灵敏的络合吸附波 ,峰电位 Ep=- 0 .37V( vs SCE) ,当As( )浓度在 5.34× 10 -8~ 1.0 7× 10 -5mol/ L 范围时 ,峰电流与 As( )浓度呈线性关系 ,检出限为 2 .19× 10 -8mol/ L.用于测定铅锌矿中的砷 ,不需分离 ,可直接测定 ,测定结果与标样值吻合 .加料回收率为 93%~ 110 %.
【Abstract】 In a ground solution containing 0 42 mol/L hydrochloric acid, 5 84×10 -4 mol/L ammonium molybdenate, 3 6×10 -4 mol/L antimony potassium tartrate, 3 45×10 -3 mol/L vitamin C and 10% acetone, As(Ⅴ) has been determined by forming arsenic - antimony - molybdenum heteropoly acid (blue), which gives a well defined wave on a single\|scanning oscillometric polarograph. Under the optimum conditions,the potential of peak E\-p is -0 37 V(vs.SCE), the linear range of As(Ⅴ) is from 5 34×10 -8 mol/L to 1 07×10 -5 mol/L and the detection limit is 2 19×10 -8 mol/L. The procedure has been successfully applied to the direct determination of arsenic in lead\|zinc ore.
