后牵引矫形力的方向对鼻上颌复合体内部位移和应力的影响
The Effexts on Displacement and Stress in Nasomaxillary Complex by the Directions of a Distally Directed Orthopedic Force.
【摘要】 目的 探讨后牵引矫形力的方向与鼻上颌复合体内部位移和应力的关系。方法 采用三维有限元法测量受不同方向的后牵引力的鼻上颌复合体三维有限元模型。结果 牵引角度为 +30°、0°、- 30°时 ,上颌骨呈顺时针旋转 ,旋转的量逐渐增大。结论 应力是组织学改建的始动因素 ,本研究的结果也为组织学提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the displacement and stress in the nasomaxillary complex and the direction of the distally directed orthopedic forces. Method The displacement and stress in nasomaxillary complex were measured by three-dimensional finite element. Results It was indicated that the maxilla rotated in clockwise sense and the amount of rotation were increased gradually when the directions of forces were +30°、0°、-30°. Conclusion The stress was the initial factor of tissue reconstruction, and the results of this study is a helpful reference for histological study.
