【摘要】 目的　减少楔状缺损充填体的脱落率。方法　对２０６ 人中１０２９ 颗牙的楔状缺损用光固化树脂或复合体两种材料充填，随访一年。并对１２０ 颗有楔状缺损离体牙分别用上述两种材料充填后作破坏性试验。结果　临床组和实验组结果均显示：同材料窄深型缺损比宽浅型缺损固位好（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）；光固化树脂比复合体固位好（ Ｐ＜０ ．０５）。结论　建议临床上楔状缺损宽浅型用光固化树脂充填，窄深型二种材料均可。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to reduse the drop rate of fillings in restoring teeth with wedge shaped ditch. Methods 1029 teeth from 151 patients, receiving one year fdlow-up, and 120 teeth ex vivo were filled with light cured resin or Dyract, a mixture of light-cured resin and glass ionomer cement. After filled, the teeth ex vivo were tested by brushing and ultrasonic scaling. Results The retention in deep and narrow cavity group is better than that in shallow and wide cavity group on the same material condition (P<0.05). Conclusion The teeth with wedge shaped ditch which has the shape of bottom>height should been filled with light-cured resin and that of bottom≤height can be filled with either material.更多还原
