【Abstract】 Six hundred and twenty healthy puppies free of canine parvovirus and helminth parasites were obtained by screening kennels with ELISA,nested PCR,conventional parasitological examination and body temperature taking.These puppies,deemed suitable experimental animals,were used to test the clinical efficacy of 5 kinds of canine parvovirus vaccines,and the results showed that an antigen-antibody complex canine parvovirus vaccine was the best.更多还原
