【摘要】 目的　了解胆囊结石病人胆囊颈和胆囊管的组织结构 ,粘液性质和分泌状态。方法　胆囊颈和胆囊管标本取材于 2 0例胆囊结石病人和 10例正常人的胆囊。取材后用 10 %中性福尔马林固定 ,常规石蜡包埋。每个蜡块连续切片 5张 ,分别作 HE,PAS/AB2 .5 ,醛品红 / AB2 .5 ,Masson及 Weigert染色。光镜观察。结果　正常人的胆囊颈和胆囊管壁内也存在腺体和平滑肌。胆囊结石时胆囊颈和胆囊管壁增厚 ,管腔变窄 ,粘膜上皮出现粘液分泌改变 ;壁内粘液腺体增生 ,粘液 (包括中性 ,硫酸和羧酸粘液 )细胞数增多 ,但以硫酸粘液增多更明显 ;平滑肌纤维有退化变性 ,胶原纤维数量增多 ,弹力纤维数量减少。结论　胆囊结石时胆囊颈和胆囊管存在明显的组织学和组织化学改变 ,这些改变可能会对胆囊的排空 ,结石的形成和排出产生一定的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To disclose the histological structure,mucus character and secretory status of gallbladder neck and cystic duct in patients with gallladder stone.Methods The gallbladder neck and cystic duct specimens were obtained from 20 gallbladder stone patients as well as 10 normal human gallbladders.All of these specimens were fixed in 10% neutral formalin and then embedded in paraffin.5 serial sections were cut from each paraffin block and then stained with HE, PAS/AB2.5,ALDEHYDE/AB2.5,MASSON,and WEIIGERT.Results There were glands and smooth muscles in normal gallbladder neck and cystic ducts.In patients with gallbladder stone,the epithelia of mucous exhibited heavy mucus secretive changes and the walls was thickened.Within the wall,the mucus glands were hyperplastic and the mucous cells(including neutral,sulfated and carboxyl mucous cell),especially the sulfated mucous cell increased.The smooth muscles showed degeneraion .The quantities of collagenous fibers increased while those of elastic fibers decreased.Conclusion The gallbladder neck and cystic duct in gallbladder stone patient reveal evident histological and histochemical characteristic changes.These changes might effect the emptying of gallbladder,stone formation and its discharge.更多还原
