一氧化氮与学习记忆及其机制
Research Progress in the Role of Nitric Oxide in Learning and Memory
【摘要】 在生物体内生理病理过程中起广泛作用的气体信息分子一氧化氮(NO),是当代生物医学的研究热点和前沿之一。本文概述了关于NO作为逆返信使对海马突触效应的长时程增强(LTP)和学习记忆的作用的研究进展。
【Abstract】 Nitric Oxide (NO), which plays a general function in physiology and pathology, is one of the hotspots in research of contemporary biology and medicine. The roles of nitric oxide as a retro grade messenger in long-term potentiation (LTP) of synaptic transmission and in learning and memo ry of animals were reviewed in this paper.
