【Abstract】 Using the "microscope to observe the apoptosis of the endometrium epithelia cell in the 9 cases of patients with endometrium cancer and 18 cases of uterus myoma. The results showed that the appeared rate of different degree apoptosis in the patient with endometrium cancer were obviously lower than that of uterus myoma (P < 0.001 ). Which was proved that the programmed cell death (PCD) in the cancer was dicreased. Distinctly, so to study the PCD was the useful and helpful mark for the clinical diagnose and treatment.更多还原
