【Abstract】 With the strategy of the state thrining by science and education being carried out,the way that expertise as a sort of capital in setting up a company has been extensively approved.Owing to the restrictions of some factors such as the present policies,however,the common method revolves some problems in practice.Considering the benefits of the investors with the expertise,and according to the its varous characteristics,the authors advanced three new means of the expertise capitalization,each of which was analyzed with living example.更多还原
