21世纪初光学零件加工技术的发展趋势
Trends of the Manufacturing Technology of Optical Elements in the Early 21st Century
【摘要】 从研磨抛光技术、金刚石车削技术、精密模压技术和超光滑表面加工等方面回顾了20世纪光学加工技术的重要进展.接着列举了21世纪初光电仪器及器件所具有的主要特征,并结合我国的情况,指出了21世纪初光学零件加工的六个发展趋势.
【Abstract】 Some important progresses in optical processing technology in the 20th centurywere reviewed in the light of grinding and polishing technology, diamond turning, precisionrnolding and supersmooth surfacin. Then the major features of optoelectronic devices in theearly 21st century were listed, and six main trends of manufacturing technology of opticalelements in the early 2lst century were given integrating with the national conditions.
