【Abstract】 A system model is introduced for production management with characteristics of small batch Process for each of varieties of products in some enterprises. First of all, an annual planning model of production is Constructed by using linear goal programming method. Then, an experience formula of determining the latest starting the is put forward through considering the real situation of the production.
